The 1st annual Stephan
Jonas Walk, as part of the Al Mackler Cancer Foundation Race will be
held on the Atlantic City Boardwalk at Hilton Hotel Casino on Sunday
Morning July 27th 2008, registration is at 6:30am, race starts
promptly at 7:30am.

Besides racers and attendees, we raise money by selling a T-shirt,
with each supporter or sponsors name on it. Please see attachments
As I am sure many friends and clients of Stephan and Fran Jonas are
aware, Stephan and Fran and quite of few of their friends
participated and helped out each year at the Al Mackler Cancer
Foundation annual Race. As a matter of fact, Stephan holds the
record for winning the 1 mile walk more times that anyone.
As close friends of the family of Al Mackler, the name sake of the
race, the family and board of directors decided to name the 1 mile
walk in Stephan’s honor. The foundation contributes to pediatric
cancer research and 3 major medical centers.
So in Stephan’s honor, the foundation board has decided to name the
1 Mile Walk, The Stephan Jonas 1 mile Walk, from this time on. The
race actually consists of 4 races, a 5 K or 3.2 mile run, a 1 mile
run, a 1 mile walk and a 50 yard dash for kids. We award about 65
prizes, so everyone gets something, including a t-shirt.
It is a huge event each year, starting at the Hilton Hotel on the
Atlantic City boardwalk, attended by our local politicians, as well
as racers and families who just want to come out and have fun.
Congressman LoBiondo is our honorary chairperson and his family
attends each year as well.

Names on the t-shirt are sold by size, $1000, $500, $250 and $100.

With your help, we can make the Stephan Jonas Walk a huge resounding
success and raise a lot of money to eradicate cancer that effects
children and their family.
